We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our listings.
The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Cash (In Person), certified check, bank transfer, or financing. Paypal preferred for deposit only.
FYI: ALL vehicles over 10 years old will show exempt mileage on the title, per Texas State Law, no
matter amount of mileage or condition of bike. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS FOR FULL
PAYMENT OF MOTORCYCLEs OR ATVs.
All buyers are subject to Texas VIT (Vehicle Inventory Tax), $5.00
temporary tag fee, a $125.00 Documentary Fee, $14.50 inspection fee.
Inventory tax is calculated at .2435% of the sales price. Texas Buyers
are required to pay an additional 6.25% sales tax (8.25% on off-road
vehicles) and registration/title transfer fee, $33.00 Title fee and
$49.00 Registration. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
