Bidding
By placing a bid on this vehicle you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the above-described vehicle. We reserve the right to cancel all existing bids and end the auction early should the item no longer be available for sale.
Two Day Notice Maybe Required for Pick-Up:
We may require up to 48 hours after an auction closing before a winning bid vehicle can be delivered or picked up depending on our detailers ability to satisfy our needs and make-ready limitations. We appreciate your patience in allowing us time if needed to complete our final delivery prep and make-ready.
Title Info:
In the State of Texas, titles to vehicles are held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. We are a licensed and bonded dealership in the state of Texas and guarantee clean titles on all our vehicles. We will hold all titles 10 days after payment by personal checks. Titles will be sent via Fed-Ex for proper tracking. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Buyer pays all shipping costs.
All shipping concerns are the buyers responsibility and should be recognized before bidding on any vehicle. However, we can and will set up shipping with our recommended shipping company, but ultimately, all shipping details are the buyer's responsibility.
Fly to pick up:
If you would like to fly into the Dallas/Fort Worth area and drive your new vehicle home, we can arrange for your pick up on any weekday during regular office hours of 9-5. We are not open on the weekends but we will try our best to accomodate a weekend pickup. Please contact me for more information.
Picking the vehicle up yourself:
If you live close and would like to pick up the vehicle yourself, we welcome you to do so on weekdays during office hours of 9-5. Our address is 5217 Airport Freeway, TX 76117. Please call for specific driving directions.

M J Sales considers the satisfaction of its customers as its highest priority. As a result, M J Sales is affording the buyer every opportunity to inspect the vehicle and is including the following so that there will be no confusion about the terms of sale. By placing a bid on this vehicle, you are agreeing to the following terms. The vehicle is being sold "AS-IS." Every bidder, and the ultimate winner of the auction will be provided an opportunity to fully inspect the vehicle. This may be done prior to the expiration of the auction during reasonable business hours, or after the conclusion of the auction within three (3) business days of the close of the auction. If you are unable to inspect the vehicle, you may hire a third party inspector. You acknowledge by bidding that you are not relying upon any representation or warranty made by the seller or any of its agents, written or oral, relating to the condition of the vehicle. You may only rely upon your own inspection of the vehicle. The information in this ad represents the opinion of M J Sales only. M J Sales has not thoroughly inspected this vehicle and may not be aware of problems. In addition, M J Sales may have performed or had performed some maintenance and repair work on the vehicle. M J Sales makes no representation or warranty with respect to any repair work and further makes no representation or warranty with respect to the need for any additional repair work. M J Sales expressly disclaims and by bidding you waive any implied warranties that may be imposed by law, including but not limited to warranties of fitness, fitness for a particular purpose, condition, merchantability, etc. Any and all disputes arising or relating to the sale of this vehicle, whether based in contract, tort, or other statutory causes of action, shall be submitted to arbitration through the AAA in Tarrant county Texas and shall be subject to the AAA Commercial Rules of Arbitration. Texas law shall apply. Venue for all disputes shall be Tarrant county Texas. Prior to the submission of any claim to arbitration, the parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute through SquareTrade and through a non-binding mediation if requested by either party.
